I had been to Genesis once before and had botox, last minute asked if I could be fit in the schedule for a haircut, which they were able to do :~) Well during my second visit to have treat some spots on my face I asked for some addition botox, basically have a touch up...and the owner Annette was WONDERFUL and said, "You dont need it" Now, she could have said sure, gave it to me. and obviously made a profit...but instead she was looking out for what was best for me, the client. That was a defining moment for me and all I need to know about Genesis Salon and Day Spa in Rockford. I am looking forward to my next appointment and have no worries that Annette will stear me in the right direction as to what is best for me and my skin, not what is best for her bank account. Thank you Annette for being an honest, wonderful business woman who cares about her clients!! What a rare find!
